Toronto Skills & Employment Connections Career Assessment and Planning Services
Counsel individuals who have been unable to link their skills and career interests to meaningful employment by providing one-on-one career advice, access to self-assessment tools and labour market information to help target potential jobs.
Through an in-depth assessment process, Employment Consultants work with clients to develop a plan which considers current skill sets and experience, additional training needs and other employment supports to facilitate successful employment. Through our Career Assessment and Planning Services, clients may also access skill-training supports and grant programs.

- Applications for skills training, small business and apprenticeship programs

- Short term e-facilitation in skills training courses including Customer Service, Communication in the workplace and Office Administration
- Live Webinars on job search strategies including resumes, interviews and networking
- Case management and ongoing support through Job Search, Job Placement and Job Retention Services.
- Support completing Second Career applications
